The Question?
What is the frequency of pressure vessel inspection?
The Answer,
The frequency of pressure vessel inspection depends on several factors such as type of the pressure vessel, the hazard level of the pressure vessel, etc.
In general, for most of the common pressure vessels such as Air receivers, the frequency is External inspection after every 2 years and Internal inspection after every 4 years.
The frequency can be extended using Risk based Inspection method and assessed by an Pressure Vessel Inspector.
